The customer service staff was helpful when ordering a cartridge for a 20 year old Swiss made faucet.  It was over $100.00 with shipping.   Unfortunately the instructions that came with it for installation were in about four languages, none in English.  I relied on a you tube video for instructions.  No returns is a disadvantage.  It has not been installed yet, so can't really rate it's use.

I sent pictures of our kitchen faucet cartridge to the customer service department and got an immediate response. they identified the part needed and I had it within 4 weeks.
BTW, the faucet is from Switzerland consequently they had to order it directly from the factory. They were the only supply house that went the extra mile to help me out.

Chicago Faucet is a reputable company but this faucet and its parts are not reliable. Our KWC faucet is 10 years old and we had plumber replace cartridge at about 5.5 years. So when faucet began intermittently failing again, I again ordered a new cartridge. Plumber said the prior cartridge and another KWC part have failing pieces of rubber etc that are loose  up in the mechanism that he could not fully get out. Part of the time the water he flushed out was black. I saw it. KWC no longer is in the United States and in emails, the KWC rep told me that to honor its warranty I would have to pay unknown import/customs  fees plus international shipping. So save yourself the grief and buy a new faucet from another brand (maybe here on this site). Again, Chicago Faucet as a company is solid; it's the part I am reviewing.

We purchased a cartridge in December 2022 and it has solved the problem with difficulty in moving the facet handle.  
We recently ordered a replacement part for future use.

So I ordered my faucet parts  online and I received them but they didn’t fit my faucet. Okay I called customer service and explained that to them was told all sales are final and hung up on me that is not customer service I am sure that this is the first of many reviews so I will wait for the response

Bought this hoping it would fix my faucet but it didn’t. I believe my faucet is beyond repair. My rating is reflecting my experience with the seller. I placed my order over the holidays and they explicitly told me that delivery would most likely be delayed over the holidays. I appreciated that. It was delivered as expected if not sooner.
