I was very happy to. It have to get a whole new faucet for both environmental and financial reasons and be able to get a new part instead.
The customer service person I spoke with was very informative and helpful and ensured I received the correct part for my model.

After reviewing Chicago Faucet's website, I made telephone contact with them.  Customer Service explained their inventory, and purchasing process to my complete satisfaction.  Delivery was smooth and amazingly quick.  In short, I would not hesitate making another purchase from Chicago Faucet.

We needed a replacement hose and spray head for a 13 year old KWC faucet. Thanks to wonderful customer service, we were able to send photos of what we needed and they found (in minutes!) the new model numbers - and their prices for those replacement parts were far better than the few other outlets that even carry the brand.

Very grateful for the pleasant, efficient, and excellent help.
