I was  impressed with the very prompt response I received to email questions about replacing my old faucet head and soap dispenser.
Based on the information I received I ordered the new faucet head that promptly arrived and easily screwed on to the old faucet saving me hundreds of dollars that I would have spent to replace the whole faucet.

My local plumbing supply company told me to call Chicago Faucet Shoppe to replace my kitchen faucet because they didn't stock them.
I was somewhat skeptical about doing business over the phone with a company that I was unfamiliar with, but I was very pleasantly surprised! I received excellent customer service and my replacement faucet was delivered to me in about five business days. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

We really appreciate the effort made by Chicago Faucet Shoppe to help us get the right product part replacement and to have it shipped to meet our availability and ability to receive it.
