Tracking New Orders

Q:I have a new order and after I login there isn't an order showing up! Where is my order?
A:In order to track an order by logging into the system, the user must have created the account prior to checking out. If no account was created before check-out, you can email our customer service team with your order confirmation number for further details.
 
Q:Will I be notified my order is not available to ship?
A:Yes, all back-orders will be alerted to the customer by email, phone or mail within 1-3 business days from the time of your purchase.
 
Q:How long does it take for products to ship from ChicagoFaucetShoppe.com?
A:Shipping duration all depends on the available in-house stock and if the manufacturer(s) allows drop-shipping. In-Stock items ship within 1-3 days, for specific model inquiries please contact customer support: (800) 969-8625 or [email protected]
 
Q:Is there a priority for Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select Shipments?
A:Yes, we try our best to fulfill all priority shipments as quickly as possible. In some cases certain products may be out of stock and have to be drop shipped. Some orders may be too small to drop ship alone. In the case that your order is delayed or "back-ordered", the priority shipping method will still apply to the shipment after receiving the of the item(s)
