Thermostatic Valve
Last Updated: 10/01/2009
A Thermostatic Mixing Valve is a valve that blends hot water with cold water to ensure constant, safe outlet temperatures preventing scalding. The key function of a Thermostatic mixing valve is the ability to set and maintain the temperature exactly as preferred. Thermostatic mixing valves often require a Volume Control or shut-off valve to control the on/off function.
