What are Electronic Sensor Fittings?

Electronic sensor fittings are automatic hands-free units that use infrared technology to operate and control the flow of water. There are several types of electronic sensor fittings including faucets for bathroom/kitchen sinks and flush valves for urinals or toilets.

There are two primary types of electronic sensor valves, AC Powered and DC Powered. This means that you can hardwire or plug-in the valve into to the wall's electricity with an AC adapter. DC Powered is the use of batteries to power the valve and will require periodic replacement of batteries for the life of the faucet.
