Good customer service
Although it took a few months to get my product when it finally was shipped to CFS, they called me to confirm I still wanted the product. This delay was caused by the manufacturer. I got the product a few days later. All is good, thank you.

The real thing
I advise you to only purchase authentic OME faucet parts like those offered by Chicago Faucet Shoppe. They are the only supplier recommended by Franke, since they no longer sell direct to the consumer.

Good product, prompt service
Ordered a replacement cartridge for a discontinued Franke kitchen faucet, only $19.50. Fit fine and works perfectly. S&H was $11.99 but that's reasonable these days and it was shipped almost immediately. Honest vendor, will get my business again if I need their products.
