Great Communication and Knowledge
I call their customer service team about this product. While they did not currently have it on inventory, they had on-hand knowledge of when they expected new shipments to arrive and when they could ship out my order. Product was received at the expected timeframe as advertised. I'd buy from them again.

Exactly the Part I Needed; Very Knowledgable Staff
Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the exact cartridge I needed for my kitchen faucet. After I described the issue I was having with the faucet, they confirmed that it would be solved by replacing the cartridge. It was. They are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend them.
