Old / Obsolete Shower Faucets
I ordered two trim pieces for a shower faucet installed in the late eighties. Alex took the time to notify me that one of the parts was no longer available, and gave me the option of cancelling the order or continuing. The final shipment came as expected, and all of the charges to my credit card were corrected. "It is nice to work with professionals".
