Broken in Shipment After Waiting 4 Months for Delivery

After waiting 4 months for delivery, 2 of the 4 porcelain handles arrived broken as they were poorly packaged. I have had a terrible experience all the way around. I have contacted customer service and I'll be waiting to see how they intend to make this right.
