Best customer experience ever!
I bought my first home this summer and am up to my eyeballs in home improvement projects. My warranty people sent a plumber to look at my leaky faucet who recommended a replacement -- which the warranty people quickly denied because of 'hard water' (there is no hard water here). So $75 down the drain -- pun intended. After hours of YouTube research and some trial and error I finally figured out that the problem was with my sprayer diverter. Enter Chicago Faucet Shoppe! I thought I found the right part on their site but decided to reach out to their team via email to confirm before I placed my order. Within 10 minutes they responded requesting a picture of the part I was trying to replace and 20 minutes after that they had the correct part for me. I placed my order on Thursday night and got my part on Tuesday morning. The part fit perfectly and now I have a functioning kitchen sink. Thank you so much Chicago Faucet Shoppe! I literally could not have done this without you.
