Perfect fit
While the original flush valve for my toilet was no longer in production by the OEM, the suggested replacement was a perfect substitute and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately the shipping cost was too much in relation to the item. But the end result (good as new) is worth no headaches.

Toilet flush valve order
I was referred to your company by American Standard for a part they didn't have. A gentleman took my order quickly & I received the part within a couple of days, actually sooner than I received the other parts from American Standard. Hard to Find Item
Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the item I needed for my 25 yr. old American Standard toilet. I was finally able to get it operational after 4 weeks of frustration. Great service and quick delivery
