Flush Valve
This rating is based on the following: The white round piece should have had a tool, and instructions included, to stick in the square opening in order to expand the rubber. Otherwise, it is useless trying to figure out how it works and then to have a Senior Technician write back and say, "You need to use the white plastic tool to expand the flush valve rubber gasket", is ridiculous. PLEASE TELL ME HOW!!!

Flush value kit
I received the flush value as ordered in a timely manor. After installation everything seemed to work as it should. After receiving my water bill, I noticed it was much higher than normal. I might add the installation was on the kids bathroom. So, I turned off the water to the toilet and all of the water drained out to the flapper opening. Went up to Lowe’s purchased a new Heavy duty flapper and the saMe thing happened again. I have now sent a e-mail to customer service trying to have them send me a new one at no charge due to the fact that the the lip on the flush value can not form the proper seal with the flush value and the flapper.
