the product received was slightly different than the one it replaced. I had gotten the part # from American Standard I asked the clerk (on the phone) to be sure it was the chrome model - after a long hold she confirmed it was the chrome model. When it arrived it was not the chrome model. The clerk on the phone was not welcoming. Going onto hold without warning. She seemed distracted and annoyed. The product does work and i am satisfied. The order shipped on time and arrived as scheduled. I have had different maintenance and repair positions and have use Chicago Faucet for replacement parts for decades. Your company does a very good service for repair persons like myself. Tom
