American Standard 952550-0070A ceramic valve kit(2)
I received the Am/Std 952550-0070A valve kit however I would like instructions on how to adjust the valves with the small wrench that indicates open and close as the faucet keeps dripping continuously on the hot water side

Mixing valve gear valves
They aren't shutting off the water. The numbers were ordered correctly but the actual valves do not match the original ones

Wrong, just wrong
Ordered part number published on product illustration. Looked the same as old part. 2 piece valve kit, SHOULD HAVE turned same direction. This set each turned opposite directions, they couldn't work at all. Told company of the problem. They asked me to send pictures. I did. Didn't hear back. It's a defective part! I wanted the correct valve sent. After no response from the company I had to completely replace unit & will have no use for the valves ($100 +). Without the correction for one valve, I cannot resell it to someone in need. It is VERY rare to come by! I let Chicago Faucets know I didn't want to write a review till it was made right. I want to write a good review. I am not a neg. reviewer & had hoped I could post a good one! Have Porcher, Trevi, for Calvari Rain Bath? This is NOT the part you were hoping to find. It WILL NOT work & you will have wasted your money entirely! If you are looking for this valve or need to replace just one... I can help!

American Standard 952550-0070A Ceramic Valve Kit
Ordering was easy and quick. Received cartridges and 1 dribbled. Contacted Chicago Faucet and they sent news ones asap. These items were discontinued by the manufacturer but available as after market parts thru seller.

Valve kit
Great service. One valve leaked and they send a replacement kit. Still dripping; no clue as valves are solid.

Came without 0 rings
There are 2 o rings per valve, the valves came with only one, the one near the threads to screw it in. The other goes in to where the valve seats in the body. I had to use my old ones when I replaced the valves and they are slightly worn and the hot water is leaking through slightly. I tried to contact the company via email, they haven’t responded.
