My local plumbing store in Indianapolis had to back order the flush valve for my 35 year old toilet and it still wasn't available after 7 weeks. Chicago Faucet Shop had it in stock and shipped it out within a few days. I should have checked with them first!

I received the item quicker than expected, and it was the exact match for my toilet. Works as expected. Installing this part requires separating the tank and bowl so it would be nice if the package included a new set of bolts and washers. Or if your website would remind me that I need it. (obviously not a big deal to buy separately, I just didn't realize it so it was inconvenient to have to go out and buy it when I was ready to install it)

Right part
If you have a 70's vintage American Standard toilet and cannot find the flapper valve that hinges toward the side of the tank and NOT on the pipe that is in the rear of the tank, this is the original part for you. Couldn't find it in big box or plumbing stores, but I did find it here.

American Standard - 47089-0700A Bathroom Toilet Fl
Ordered late Friday, June 21, 2019, received early June 28, 2019. Order was as shown and I replaced in both toilets with no problems. I am now a happy flusher.
