Purchased Replacement hose for kitchen faucet
I have an American Standard Quince kitchen faucet where the flex hose started to crack and leak water. It's an easy fix as long as you have the proper hose to replace it with. Unfortunately, the model is discontinued, but Chicago Faucet Shoppe had it. I called to ensure the model #'s were a match and ordered them. The product was shipped the next day, but got held up by FedEx delays. A few days later, I contacted CFS via email and they immediately responded. With FedEx delays, I received my parts a week late, but the CFS was very responsive each time I inquired. I give their customer service and responsiveness 5 stars, but only gave 4 stars because I would have wanted to see a picture of the product online before buying. The hose I got was the right fit, but the color was slightly off - I have stainless steel, but the replacement was chrome. Not a perfect match, but my kitchen faucet is working now.
