The right product, available at last!
We have been in our home since it was built 20 years ago and when the toilet tank lever broke, I was unable to find a suitable replacement at a reasonable price locally. I even went to our local plumbing supply store (rather than the chains that only have the 'universal' replacements), but they could not help either. I sent the information to the manufacturer of the toilet tank and they referred me to Chicago Faucet Shoppe after providing the right part number. My order was received, processed, and shipped - although it took a day longer to get here than expected. The part works great and, although I was not happy paying as much for shipping as I did, I understand the cost of doing so. Thank you!

CFS went the extra mile
I needed a trip lever handle for my old toilet (circa 1990's) and although the part received did not work (thru no fault of CFS), the entire procedure was handled efficiently & courteously. And when we found out the part would not work, Amy and Maria went the extra mile to contact the toilet manufacturer to enlist their help. CFS service is spectacular !!

Replacement lever for toilet
The handle on our toilet broke and needed to be replaced. Couldn’t find one in my local are and then I started searching the internet. Chicago Faucet Shoppe was the only one that had the part. Ordered it and it arrived in 2 days.
