Caveat Return Policy
While the company seems to allow returns for a price, the small print exempts a huge number of the items from any return at all. This includes stems and the most common items. Only buy if you are absolutely certain that what you need is what you have ordered.

I found my bathroom faucet leaking by surprise. I found the part number on the net and called The office. The guy who answered the phone (Chris I believe) checked stock and I had the parts quicker than expected.

Faucet repair parts
I got the parts I needed and they worked perfectly. The only quibble I have is that I did not know that the ceramic seats and seals are included with the stem unit, so I did not need to order them separately. Delivery was quick and I got my faucets fixed, so I am happy.
