Periodically our delta faucets begin leaking. The first time that it happened i contacted a plumber here in Colorado Springs. He was very helpful, fixed the problem and then charged us over $200! But he did mention we could probably fix the faucet ourselves, and that's where Chicago Faucet Shoppe comes into the picture! This last order which i tried to do on line didn't go very well so i called Chicago Faucet. THEY COULDN'T HAVE BEEN NICER, MORE EFFICIENT and QUICKER in responding to my needs. Great product, GREAT SERVICE. THANK YOU!

Ceramic Stems were matches for my leaking original
They were exactly a match for the ones I need to replace. They were 20% less than buying from Delta. They also shipped very quickly. Good service, thank you!!!9

Brizo / Delta cartridge
Comes with spring and washer. Installs quickly. Working perfectly so far.

Cartridge comes with all parts
The spring and seal was included with this cartridge. I didn't need to order those separately. The parts that came with it were: DEL-RP10700
