Simple replacement for worn tail seal, pricey shipping
I ordered this in November 2024. My tail seal on Caroma two piece toilet had aged and was showing blue pigments in my toilet tank water. This was an easy replacement and fit my existing flush valve. Greatly appreciate Chicago Faucet Shoppe for carrying this. My Caroma toilet had aged over the last 5-10 years and had all parts from OEM. I ordered this part along with the "Caroma 750017 Seal" (caused toilet bowl leak) and "Caroma 412122 Bezel clamp" (plastic bezel had cracked) at the time. It is now February 2026 and this is still working fine. Although in hindsight, I should have ordered a "Caroma 687256 Plug & Washer Kit" at the same time as this is now causing a drip from my toilet tank onto the floor of my bathroom. A common complaint I have with all my orders is that FEDEX standard shipping is too pricey ($14 minimum), so buying one part to pay nearly double the cost in shipping is displeasing. For parts this small, I think consumers should have more options for less expensive shipping.

Caroma parts
It isn't easy to readily find and buy parts for a Caroma stool. Found CFP, it was there, it was shipped, and to me in no time. And it was exactly what I wanted. Sweet!
