Easy to search, got exact fit!
Older faucet part needed that has newer version that big box stores stock parts for. Chicago faucet website knew the difference and gave me confidence I was finally going to get the right part to fix tenant's kitchen sink. Ordering was fine, but shipped USPS and took almost 2 weeks given pandemic slowdown at the time. So would probably upgrade shipping in future. But highly recommend and will buy from again! Thanks!

Original parts were leaking due to age. Chicago Faucets made the order process easy. Website was easy to navigate. I was able to quickly find the correct parts and they arrived quickly. The packaging was great and I had my faucet like new in a short period of time. I could not find these parts locally. The experience was great.
