Review of CEN-SU-365-CA
I have ordered from Chicago Faucet Shoppe several times. The first time I ordered, I had 0 communication from them until my order arrived some time later, and I was concerned since I was electronically charged when the order was placed. Most recently, my order was sent by Express Mail even though I agreed to receive my product in 1 week for free shipping. I don't care for the immediate charge to my card (even before an order ships), but to receive an order so quickly, it didn't matter. The "I Agree Form" when one orders is intimidating and has a bit too many stipulations, but I suppose companies are having to protect themselves and warn the consumer. However, the product was exactly what I ordered, cost less than a competitor and in perfect condition. As proven by two completed orders, I would say that this company has a stellar rating (and a zillion products from which to choose!)
