The Chicago Faucets 857-E12ABCP is a commercial metering lavatory faucet designed to provide timed water flow for handwashing applications in institutional and public restroom environments. This single-supply faucet delivers pre-mixed or tempered water through an automatic metering cycle, helping reduce water consumption and improve efficiency.
This unit features a 4-inch centerset deck-mounted configuration with an integral cast brass spout and a pressure-compensating Softflo® aerator rated at 2.2 GPM. The push-activated NAIAD metering cartridge provides adjustable cycle time closure, allowing consistent water delivery with controlled usage.
The faucet includes 1/2" NPSM supply inlets with coupling nuts for flexible riser connections and a 4" deck cover plate for a clean installation. Constructed from chrome-plated brass with ECAST® low-lead compliance, it is built for durability in high-use commercial environments.
