Chicago Faucet swivel sprayer needed for CH Faucet
I called the CF company for help and they were unable to adapt their swivel-sprayer to their new faucet I had already installed. I called the Chicago Faucet Shoppe and they figured out the necessary adapters with no problem. 3 minutes to install, and 2 minutes of that was cleaning the dishes out of the sink. Happy with their excellence! They were very patient with my hyper-concern over everything actually working.

Top Quality
As with all Chicago Faucet products this is built to last. It's nice and heavy. Solid materials and works well right out of the box. Order came quickly. I also want to say that the customer service Dept. was great. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, but one quick phone call got it taken care of right away.

Good Product
Got the adaptor in due course and it works fine. Might I suggest including instructions for sales to consumers? Best to go direct if you have a Chicago faucet. The common faucet parts will not fit -- save time and frustration!

Chicago wall mount kitchen faucet
I called several plumbing supplies houses. No one had the swivel head for Chicago faucet as specified by the manufacturer. One employee suggested I call “Chicago Faucet Shoppe” to obtain exactly what I needed. Brilliant! Easy purchase by informed tech, excellent follow up with tracking number. Thanks!

Fit and Function
After finally realizing I had a faucet slightly smaller (13/16") than the average (15/16") and sifting through on Amazon hundreds of the wrong ones (and ordering/returning a couple of those) decided to go to the faucet maker. Found exactly what I needed, it fits perfectly and was an instant upgrade to my faucet. Thanks CFS!
