I was sent what looked like the incorrect part (writing on part was incorrect) so I called for clarification. I sent them a picture and they responded in a few hours with expert advice and I was able to repair my 2 leaking faucets.
It was so nice to actually talk to a human, and have them knowledgeable enough to help. I will use Chicago Faucet Shoppe again, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
