Dealing with Chicago Faucet Shoppe was a very pleasant experience. They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They carry faucet products I could not find elsewhere, after weeks of searching. My cartridges arrived in a timely manner, and I have told my plumber about this amazing store.

5 Amazing business and customer service!
Posted by KIM on Nov 28th 2021
I'm in Idaho and found your business on a vintage kitchen and bathroom Facebook group. I have old Crane fixtures throughout my 1949 house and most plumbers tell me to replace everything. Well Andrew immediately answered my questions and asked me to post photos of my Dial Ease kitchen faucet. He told me which parts I needed just by a photo! I ordered what I needed directly on their web site. Got an immediate confirmation email and they arrived with in a week. Thank you Andrew! And I will have the plumber call you with questions as you suggested. Great company. Thank you! Kim

Works perfectly, but I got the wrong one. I should have gotten 2 hot valves so the handles worked like the old ones, now one is in the opposite direction

5 Old tub faucets
Posted by April Goller on Apr 11th 2021
I was so happy that these guys were able to identify my 1950s faucet hardware from a photo and get me the correct parts to fix it. There wasn’t a brand name on them so I didn’t even know where to start. Thank you so much
