I unfortunately ordered the wrong finish for the spray head but did not realize it until after it was installed and used. Although it couldn't be returned you graciously applied a partial credit against the replacement order. This was much appreciated.

I found the customer service person I spoke to polite and professional. The website was pretty easy to navigate. The price of the replacement part was reseasonable. I received the part in a short period of time. Overall....good customer experience.

20 yr old faucet head replaced
I love my Franke Faucet....I've had it for 20 years. My customer service person at Chicago Faucet Shoppe was very attentive and was able to locate my Franke 4089SN SPRAYHEAD - SATIN NICKEL and only had a minor delay in shipping. They are very communicative, which always goes a long way.
