Great Service

I bought a faucet replacement part from Chicago Faucet Shoppe. They helped me find the exact part I was looking for (I "inherited" the part when I moved into a new place and wasn't sure what I needed exactly), they responded to my emails very quicky, they were efficient, kind, and a pleasure to work with! I looked all around my local area for a replacement head for my Franke. No luck. I stumbled on Chicago Faucet via Google. I looked at their product catalog; emailed a picture of my current part. They confirmed the part number, quick service, fair price, quick shipping and it works! Great experience

Internet ordering was straight forward which often isn’t the case. Product shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Packaging was thorough and secure enough to give the sink faucet part very good protection.

Good product, better service
Basically, I love my Franke kitchen faucet but because of our hard water the head develops a leak every few years, which is when I have to buy a new one. As far as the Chicago Faucet Shoppe, there service was excellent! Fast shipping and they stayed in touch with each stage of the order process. Thank you!
