Franke 4089SN SPRAYHEAD - SATIN NICKEL

The sprayhead I was looking to replace was over ten years old, and of course it was discontinued. I couldn't find it anywhere (including Franke) until I found Chicago Faucet Shoppe. In one quick discussion with a very pleasant rep I found out that the part was available. I ordered it, it arrived, I attached it, and it works perfectly. I Ordered the wrong one ie Crome, it was suppose to be brushed nickel. In a panic I called back and said "hold up wrong one" the ordering person who helped the 1st time was one line once again and calmed me down and took care of the oops. Great service, thanks.
