Easy fix
A little pricey for what it is but it certainly was an easy fix. Just unscrew the old spray head and screw on the new one. Now it just like new. Shipping was fast.

Found Needed Part- No Drama
The sprayhead I was looking to replace was over ten years old, and of course it was discontinued. I couldn't find it anywhere (including Franke) until I found Chicago Faucet Shoppe. In one quick discussion with a very pleasant rep I found out that the part was available. I ordered it, it arrived, I attached it, and it works perfectly. I wish all my service issues would happen like this. Thanks CFS!

Correct spray head
I Ordered the wrong one ie Crome, it was suppose to be brushed nickel. In a panic I called back and said "hold up wrong one" the ordering person who helped the 1st time was one line once again and calmed me down and took care of the oops. Great service, thanks.
