order part based on part number that I got from Franke website. Franke doesn't sell it themselves and none of their local [near me] distributors carries it. It fits but is shorter than my original hose. Chicago Faucet was prompt in delivery and price was reasonable.

I purchased the hose for my faucet and thought that it was supposed to be identical to the one that I was replacing, but I see that it fit somewhat differently and required rubber washers that did not come with the hose. It would be nice to include those small parts with the item. Also, the faucet is not operating exactly the same after the replacement - it still needs to be determined what the cause of that is.

I was just happy to actually find a replacement hose for an 18 year old pull-out faucet. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had it in stock, I ordered it on a Thursday and received it on Saturday! The hose was also priced substantially less than other companies I looked up.
