I needed a part for a nearly 10 year-old Franke kitchen faucet. Very few online vendors had the part available, but Chicago Faucet Shoppe did, and had it at the best price to boot. Add in quick shipping and I had the faucet repaired in no time! Customer service was also impeccable. I had the good fortune of reaching Maria in Customer Service on a question I had about the rubber washers needed for the faucet's spray hose and Maria help allowed me to resolve it promptly. It’s so very nice to work with people who take customer service seriously, and Maria was clearly dedicated to my complete satisfaction! Perfect part, reasonable price
