Can't say enough about the great customer service and tech support! Helped me order the right parts to solve a nagging problem that I thought would require a costly repair from a plumber. The part that I ordered was exactly what I needed. I ordered it online because I could not find it locally. Great service! Part only took 3 days to receive, arriving 4 days before estimated date through USPS.

Ordered replacement part
I was able to find the replacement part that I needed for a Geberit bath tub drain. The part was hard to find, but Chicago Faucet had it. The part was also cheaper than I expected. The part arrived promptly and really helped me out. Thanks, Chicago Faucet.
