Gerber 99-770 Flapper 1.28/1.6gpf 3" Diameter
Product arrived exactly as expected with quick delivery. Had no issues installing and now have a toilet that is leak free. Since my original flapper wore out quickly I ordered two flappers so I would have a back up on hand.

Right product at a really good price
I looked for a Gerber toilet flapper locally and could only find “compatible” options. I found the product that I was looking for at Chicago Faucet. My order was processed timely and arrived sooner than anticipated. I’m pleased with my purchase and the customer service experience.

The exact Gerber flapper that I needed
My 3 year old flapper was leaking. I had what I thought were standard flappers already, but no go. I didn't want to go to Home Depot and search around for the correct on and I came across Chicago Faucets. The price was fair (I bought 2) and arrived ahead of schedule. Good service

Smooth Sailing!
I looked all over the internet for my plumbing part. A couple of places had it, but not in stock. I stumbled onto the CFS site. I found my parts, in stock and at a great price. This was on a Friday evening and I placed my order. I called them on Monday and they informed me it was shipping that day. My parts arrived on Wednesday which was actually only the third business day from my order. Incredibly great service, price and shipping! I wish most other shops could be as nice to deal with! No wait, no surprises!
