I didn’t know the model number of our old Grohe kitchen faucet, so didn’t know what replacement parts to buy. Sent a photo of the broken part to ChicagoFaucetShoppe, who were able to identify the more than 30 yr old faucet and the part. They had the part in stock, for less than half the price of other local plumbing supply companies. It was shipped to me within days. I’m very happy with the experience.

I needed a faucet cartridge for my boat but did not have the part number. I emailed them a pic and they told me which one I needed. Bought it and installed it and now everything works perfect. Excellent customer service and prices lower than anyone else.

your guy was friendly, and more important , knowledgeable.. He was also quick to respond and then to follow through. Although you are far away, I will think of you first the next time I have a faucet problem.
