The parts I ordered were delivered quickly and exactly as ordered. One part was defective and was replaced . Customer service kept me informed through out the process and responded to my emails in a very timely manner. The parts and the service were great.

I called on the eve of Thanksgiving and mentioned to Amy that our shower was not working and we needed parts. She explained it was their busiest day of the year but she would go to the warehouse and see if the parts could be shipped,
The parts arrived in a day and everyone is happy.
