Great Customer Service
Package arrived as expected and was easy to install, the instructions were a little confusing at first as there are directions for installation as well as changing the temperature settings. Got it sorted quickly. Chicago Faucet Shoppe customer service was the real reason I bought here. I have an "old" model mixing valve that requires specific trim kits. I ordered what I thought would fit but found out it had been discontinued. CFS called to inform me and told me they would work to find the trim kit to match the valve I had already installed and tiled over. A few days later they found one and their representative stayed late on the Friday before the fourth of July weekend to get my purchase processed. I was amazed at how helpful they were, it was worth it to buy from them.
