Grohe replacement stems
Product arrived quickly; however, my error wrong part. I ordered the right stems and requested return for refund of original order which was granted. New stems arrived, original Grohe, installed, leaks resolved, original stems returned waiting for refund. Overall excellent service and OEM product as shown.

Excellent online service
The challenge was finding a part for a discontinued faucet. I could not find it locally or at the manufacturer's Ontario location. The online experience and service were great. I received the part very quickly considering it was coming from another country. I know where to go next time for my parts.
