Perfect Solution
Andrew in your customer service department was so helpful in locating the exact part I needed to repair a leaking Grohe faucet. Why this meant so much to me was because I was told by a plumber that I would either need to replace the entire faucet (at $1200) because the part I needed was out of stock, or he would have to break the lever ensemble to fix the leak. I just knew that didn't sound right, so Andrew's finding the correct part and assuring me I did not need to replace the whole thing nor break the lever was so comforting. Just had a handyman fix it today, and I feel so relieved. I could not have done that without you guys. THANK YOU!
