My 13-year-old Grohe faucets (I have 2) were working perfectly, but the rubber button for changing between stream and spray wore out on both. Grohe should really do something about that. What a waste of resources to have to replace a faucet for want of a button. But I digress. The person to whom I spoke at Chicago Faucet was very helpful. She explained my options and even told me how to change the faucet. The product was delivered quickly and installed easily as the person described. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely use Chicago Faucet again!

We have had this kitchen faucet for several years. The sprayer stopped working. I was so happy that we could find the replacement part. The price was the best found and it was delivered within a week.

I was searching for a replacement for a Grohe kitchen faucet that was not working. The product itself was never in question, as I was very familiar with it. My compliments are instead reserved for the Chicago Faucet team that helped shepherd this purchase through. The Grohe company was no longer stocking the faucet, so it was several months before my order was eventually filled. However, the team at Chicago Faucet kept me posted with monthly e-mails or phone calls until the order was filled. Upon delivery, the new Grohe faucet worked like a charm. You sent me the wrong color. I asked for SS (Chrome). you sent me darker color I don 't know the name of color. Otherwise shipment was quick.
