Great service... in less than a week I ordered, received and installed the part.

easy self repair
Although Grohe guarantees its product, normal wear obliterates the rubber switch cover over the nozzle and it is not replaceable. I was fortunate to find the replacement nozzle, expensive though it is, at Chicago Faucet Shoppe.
