Perfect fit for 30 year old faucet
I have a Friedrich Grohe kitchen faucet that is about 30 years old. This was the second order I had placed with Chicago Faucet for replacement parts. In both cases the parts supplied matched color and functioned perfectly. Delivery was quick and reasonably priced.

Great Company!
This is the second time I've ordered parts for a Grohe faucet that is approximately 25 years old.. I can't give this company enough praise. Excellent replacement
I needed to replace the pull out spray metal clad hose on a near 30 year old Grohe kitchen faucet. There were alot of cheap imitations listed on the web with typically poor reviews. The part ordered from Chicago Faucet Shoppe is a Grohe confirmed replacement hose at a more than fair price and was received in timely fashion too!

Living in a large condo building I do not need parts often as our building has very good plumbing service. However the previous owner added a Grohe faucet and it is 38 years young. The house failed and needed replacement. I called Chicago Faucet Shoppe and after sending a picture of the faucet via email I was told they would have it ready in an hour, which was too fast even for me. It was a wonderful experience speaking with parts department and was so thrilled I said to her when she said they have the part, that if I was there, I would give her a kiss, even in front of my wife of 66 years. Picking the part up I had a great, but too short conversation with an employee on the subject of football. Having coached a famous NFL coach we had a great time exchanging stories. My experience at Chicago Faucet Shoppe certainly deserves the highest rating I could give it.
