The product is excellent, functions beautifully. The staff were extremely helpful when I had a question about replacing the old one.

There was no representation of how long the order would take to ship on their web-page, so there was no misleading. But it took a couple of weeks, which in 2020 is longer than most would expect. The replacement Hand Held Spray head, didn't really work as planned. No hard feelings.
