Their customer service is second to none. Send them an email question and get your answer the next day. The ability to make a product return is without a problem and quick. If most businesses operated the way they do, the country would be in great shape.

Replacement pull out spray for Grohe
The Grohe 46312SD0 pull out spray (0) we needed for our faucet was not available in the UK . I ordered it from Chicago Faucet Shoppe and it was shipped to me in London. Service was fast friendly and efficient and they even sent me an instruction video when we could not fit it correctly. Excellent - would definitely use this company again - even from the UK!!!!

I was delighted to find a direct replacement for my defective sprayer, but the replacement dribbles from some of the spray holes when in stream mode. Not worth the trouble to contact supplier and return, but it is annoying.

Grohe spray handle part #46312SDO
I was looking for a spray handle for a discontinued Grohe faucet. My plumber replaced the hose but was unable to find the handle. He suggested I try Chicago Faucet. I sent a photo of my old one to be sure I was getting the right part. The staff was helpful and kept me informed as to when I could expect the new one. They were awesome. My new faucet handle arrived and was exactly what I needed. Thank you!
