I contacted Chicago Faucet about a thermostatic valve cartridge for a 22 year old Grohe shower installation. They were the only ones with the parts and the price was very reasonable (considering its Grohe). They answered my questions and my inquiry about the shipping date (they had to wait for the seal to arrive since they didn't have it in stock. Very courteous and professional. I recommend them.
