Honest and Dependable
I had a very hard time finding the parts I needed to repair my shower faucet. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had what I needed so I placed the order. That evening I received a phone call informing me that the parts were back ordered and would be later than expected. Then I received the parts in the mail before the new estimated date. The personal call and time spent to get me the parts I needed was greatly appreciated and I will definitely be checking here first next time I need something!
