Our Grohe hand unit sprayer failed recently. After some searching for repair info it became obvious that it could not be fixed and must be replaced. The replacement is identical in every way, except it works. Well done.

Our Grohe Kitchen faucet problem was expertly diagnosed by a Chicago Faucet Shoppe technical specialist (his name was never revealed). He confirmed how the faucet leak could be repaired, and made sure that the OEM part was indeed available. It was. I had a couple of follow-up questions, which were promptly answered, and now we’re “back in business.” Thank you so much.

Very easy repair
This Grohe hand spray portion of the faucet was very easy to replace. Chicago Faucet sent it very quickly and it arrived much sooner than I expected. I was very happy with my purchase and it completely solved my faucet problem.
