The Grohe handspray units can be a frustration - while the aerator/spray part where the water comes out can be unscrewed, the rest of the unit doesn't come apart. When it gets plugged down deep in there or the spray/stream button stops working, the only solution is replacement. A quick skim on the internet has these selling for up to $120. The spray head on a 20-year-old faucet failed. Chicago Faucet to the rescue. It took about 10 days to receive the replacement. It works and I am pleased.
