Works great! Great place!
My 20+ year old bathroom basin began leaking at the handle, when turned on. I could have purchased a rebuild kit and still had a 20+ year old unit. For not that much more, I could get a completely new drop in. I've purchased from Chicago Faucet before and they always have reasonable prices, a straight forward website for shopping and a prompt no nonsense experience for the right part. Highly recommend them
