When we recognized needed to replace the 22yrs old Hans Grohe shower fixtures, the Hans Grohe Co. told us they did not have [our] fixtures as inventory items any longer. Fortunately, our plumber gave us 4 possible suppliers to research, including Chicago Faucet. 1. Chicago Faucet had the correct shower mechanism to replace existing. And finish fixtures. This let the granite shower walls remain intact, called for no new re-configuring. it saved us considerable time and money. 2nly, chicago faucet shipped them to us priority mail... the week before xmas, they arrived in 2 days. Great inventory, great service. Great Company.

Great Customer Service!
I recently made my second purchase from Chicago Faucet. I am a California homeowner but I deal with Chicago Faucet. Why? Because they have great customer service. This last purchase, in particular, made me a loyal repeat customer. Angelina Rosa in customer service kept me current on my order; where it was in the pipeline; and, how soon I should expect it. I will certainly be back the next time I need plumbing parts. You should use them too!
